Finally my new bed has arrived.. I did not know buying a bed could be such a dilema x

At last after what feels like months of waiting my new bed has arrived. The old one has been on its last legs so to speak since Christmas. I did order a new one to be delivered over Christmas but the company I ordered it from where that useless they failed delivery 3 times, then told me they had lost the bed. I think I had more change of santa claus delivering it down the chimney and I don't even have a chimney. I lost my patience with them and cancelled the order of which they took over a month to refund my money. Yes this company really did know how to delivery good customer satisfaction - Not!!
Any way been quite fussy about beds I was on the search for something suitable but after many hours searching the internet I was stumbling on a brick wall, not knowing what to do i decided to leave it till after Christmas..
Over the Christmas period i was invited to a friend of a friends house for a party - asking to use the bathroom I was directed to the en-suite facilities as the house was quite busy. I walked in the bedroom and there is saw a bed that ticked all the boxes. So deciding to see if it was good as it looked I decided to have a look at the construction of it - yes I got underneath it, it looked solid so then i decided to test the stability of it and tried rocking it - perfect… Then I got on top of it by this time the owner of the house had come into the room and had found me testing his bed out… Well how does a girl explain her way out of that one.. Yes the truth, which went along the lines of oh I am so sorry i just saw your bed and quite liked the look of it.. You should have seen the look on his face. He smiled at me the kind of smile that says I am really not sure about this lady is she a bit crazy. Anyway I explained I was looking for a bed that was solid and sturdy, would last and more importantly had the facility that I could restrain somebody to it.. His mouth dropped especially when I asked if he would like me to demonstrate. Any way it turned out that the Gentleman owned a furniture store and i could buy the bed from him. Sorted!!!
So after 7 weeks of patiently waiting it has finally arrived while I am in Stoke on tour - it has now been delivered and even been put up by one of my best friends. I was on the phone to him earlier today after he sent me a text message of a picture of it looking fabulous.. So I called as you do to thank him and he told me that a lady friend of his had helped him put it up and in the process cleaned my apartment - bonus! That is what I love about my friends they always pleasantly surprise me and do really nice things.
So I am looking forward to getting back to Huddersfield on 16th March to try the new bed out - but need somebody top help me Christen it....
