How to Book a Session with Me: A Personal Guide
Hi! I’m so glad you’re considering spending time with me. My goal is to make the booking process as smooth, comfortable, and transparent as possible. I’m committed to clear communication to ensure everything is easy to understand. Here’s a personal guide to how we can arrange a session together.
Reaching Out to Me
The first step is to contact me and inquire about my availability. You can do this through my preferred methods, such as phone, email, or my website. My schedule tends to fill up quickly, and I typically book appointments weeks and months in advance and occasionally do have last minute availability so it is always worth dropping me a polite message to see if I am available. If you can plan in advance it’s a good idea to reach out early to secure the time you want.
Since my availability changes frequently—hour by hour and day by day—it's always important to check in as soon as you can for the most up-to-date options.
Selecting a Time That Works for You
Once we’ve connected, I’ll share my current availability. You can select the day and time that works best for you, and I’ll confirm whether that slot is still open. Once it’s confirmed, you’re all set.
Best time to contact me: I’m most responsive between 7am and 9am on my working days. If those times aren’t convenient for you, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to arrange another time after 9am that works for both of us.
New Clients: Why We Need to Speak First
If we haven’t met before, it’s essential that we speak on the phone before I can confirm any appointments. This isn’t just a formality—it’s an important step because you’re being invited into my home, a personal and private space. This initial conversation helps ensure we both feel comfortable and aligned about the session.
No appointments are confirmed for new clients until we’ve spoken.
I won’t hold a time slot until we’ve had this conversation. This step is all about establishing trust and making sure we’re both clear about expectations. Once we’ve spoken and both feel comfortable, I’ll finalize your booking.
In some cases, I may also ask for a deposit to secure the session. If that applies, I’ll explain it during our conversation.
Once You’ve Booked: Confirmation Text with Details
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation text from me that includes all the important details about how I work. This message will explain everything clearly, including what to expect during our session and how the process will unfold. I like to make sure you have all the information you need well in advance, so you feel confident and prepared.
Confirming Your Session
To make sure everything runs smoothly, I’ll stay in touch leading up to our appointment. A week before our session, I’ll send you a check-in message to confirm that we’re still good to go.
On the morning of the appointment, I’ll send you another message to confirm that everything is set and provide you with the address and any other final details you’ll need.
Receiving the Address on the Day of the Appointment
For privacy and safety reasons, I don’t provide the address until the day of our session. On the morning of our meeting, I’ll send you the location and any additional instructions. This ensures everything is handled discreetly and securely.
Once We’ve Met: Booking Made Simple
After we’ve met and I know who you are, things become even easier. You’ll be welcome to simply message mewhenever you’d like to book another appointment, without needing to go through the initial phone conversation again. I’ll check my availability and confirm your booking quickly—keeping the process smooth and hassle-free.
