Gosh what a whirl wind start to the new year January was, I just feel to write a little update so you can all keep up with what I am up to.
I think 2022 is going to be a whirlwind year I have a lot planned already with travel opening up which means I get back to learning and training, which I am really excited to do. So lets start there as it seems like a good place to start. I am really excited to get back to South Africa in March, for them that know me I have a bit a love affair with South Africa as it is one of my go to places. So I am really very excited to be able to head back there and indulge myself in my love of South African wine and good food. While I am there it just so happens that Andrew Barnes is offering a tantric deamouring training and I am really pleased to be able to go and learn a few more tantric skills as part of my holiday. I cannot tell you how good it is going to be to get back into learning and developing my skill base.
I love travel and them that knew me pre lockdown knew I was always off here there and everywhere sometimes on whim. My trip to Nepal was exactly that I wanted something different and exciting as well as challenging so when I discovered that Nepal was open for visitors I though well there is my chance. So challenge on a few days trecking in the Annapurna range although I won’t be doing anything silly like the circuit or base camp. I must admit I am a little scared but excited for the adventure and love the thrill of being out of comfort zone as this gives way for personal growth and development as I face parts of myself that are scared to be pushed to discomfort. Nepal also has a lot of temples and spiritual sites so I am really excited to visit some of these to and hopefully bring away with me some expanded ideas.
After that I have a busy summer with a number of events that I have been asked to co facilitate at which is really exciting to be able to put together some workshops and a retreat weekend. I love the opportunity to draw on my skills and bring play into these events to teach others that art of connection and vulnerability. It’s going to be a fun summer I can just feel it there is a lot of excitement around at the opportunity to get life moving forward again.
In between all that I am currently doing a breathwork course and have already had my eyes opened further to understanding full body orgasms and the school of thought that brought this into conception, of which a blog will follow in due course. I am loving the skills that this is teaching me and really I am very excited to bring more breathwork into my sessions, unlocking and expanding on you potential for even greater pleasure.
It’s really good to be upbeat at the minute although I have to recognise there is a real tension in the air after two years of dealing with this pandemic. It feels like a heavy tension of being caught in a vortex of destruction which is somehow pulling people down. It brings home the importance of making time for yourself and escaping the drudgery of everyday life even if it is just for a few hours. I think one of the reasons I have been so busy is that I provide a space where you can let go of what is going on in your life and the growing tension that brings and slip into a world where you can be who you want even if it just for a few hours. A place to escape the trials and challenges of life and let go into something fun and engaging with another person at your side.
