Indulgence is an invitation to slow right down and be exquisitely cared for. Its exclusive to my Northumberland sessions and is set within my beautiful home in the rural Northumberland countryside, this four-hour experience is centred around time, presence, and spaciousness, nothing to prove, nowhere to rush, nothing required of you except to arrive as you are.

We begin by gently arriving together, allowing your body and breath to settle. From there, the experience unfolds intuitively and responsively. You may choose to sink into the warmth of the hot tub beneath open skies, receive a slow and nourishing massage, or simply rest in calm, attentive presence. For some, this looks like quiet companionship; for others, it is being held, guided, or supported into deep rest.
There is no agenda and no pressure. This is your time to luxuriate, to breathe, to soften, and to experience what it feels like to be met exactly where you are.

Availability is very limited, with only a small number of sessions offered within my Northumberland retreat schedule
