Lets spend some time together - How to secure time with me.... 

Hello sexy readers, I hope you are well..  This is just an update of an earlier blog of how to book me.   Over recent months I have become increasingly busy on my working days which is great I am really enjoying the vibrancy of what I am doing and what I am able to offer. Recently I am now getting booked up months in advance and I quite like that as it gives me the ability to plan forward.  I am organised and I do like to know what I am doing.  Thank you for all you wonderful visitors who can book in advance it is appreciated. If you are thinking of booking me, it is best to give as much notice as possible.  Currently as it stands at the minute you are looking at 6 – 8 weeks for bookings.  If you have a specific day and time such as Monday mornings, it could be longer. 

Here a is a little guide with some tips of how to get a booking.   

I am a clear communicator and very organised and recognise how difficult it can be sometimes to secure a booking.  The following are in place to make it easier for you and stop the ping pong texts to find out my availability. I try my best to make it as easy as possible and the information available to them that want it via text, what sap and email. 

Contact me for my advance booking availability. 

This is my day-by-day hour by hour availability and currently runs four months in advance.  I update this most mornings I am working and try my best to keep it up to date throughout the day.  I had considered putting it onto my website daily but decided against this.  I don’t get fed up with people asking for this so please feel free to message me I am happy to send this information to you. 

Go on my cancellation notification list  

I have created a cancellation notification list so if you wish to be notified of any cancellations, I may have come up you will receive a text, what sap or email to inform you.  At the beginning of each month, I will check in with everyone on there if they want to remain on the list for the coming month. So, for example, everyone on the list for February will get a message at the begging of March asking if they want to stay on the list for march cancellations notifications. 

Send me a text between 7am and 9am of the day you would like a same day booking  

If anything comes available on the day, then I will be able to let you know.  I confirm all my pre booed appointments by 10am so if I have not received a confirmation by then then this time will become open for bookings.  I don’t get fed up with people asking me for same day cancellations so please do feel free to keep trying.  

 I just feel to point out just because you are on the cancellation list it does not mean you are guaranteed to get an appointment it means I will try my best when I have availability come up but I may be easier or quicker to book in advance if you know you wish to spend some time with me. 

Here is a guide to the process  

Once you have secured a booking with me, I will send you a confirmation message to confirm our time together.  This message will give you all the information you need including how and when I will contact you next.  I am a great communicator and things are always clear and concise.   

Please note I do like to speak on the phone to all new visitors before confirming a booking so if we have been messaging and agreed a date and I have invited you to call then unless we have spoken your booking is not confirmed or booked into my diary  

If you are booking a while in advance which most of my bookings are, then I will contact you one week prior to our meeting to check in with you and touch base.  This will be done by email, text or what sap whatever is your preferred method of communication.  It is important that you respond to this message to keep your booking.   

On the day of our meeting I will message, what sap email you between 730am and 8am to final confirm and once you confirm back it is at this point that you will receive information of where to come to. 

The process works very smoothly so you know what you are doing, and I know what I am doing.  I am incredibly lucky to have a lovely client base who are both respectful and dependable.  

I get very few people booing and not showing up or not confirming which means my time is not wasted. Last year I had a total of one no show and that is because the Gentleman in question had lost his nerve at the last minute.  I had no one book an appointment and not confirm on the day.  Which brings me neatly onto the subject of refusing to have my time wasted just as I won't waste yours.  The way I see it is my responsibility to make sure my time is not wasted.  In the beginning when I was getting time wasters I stopped and asked myself why, looking inwards instead of projecting outwards and this is where the booking process I have today was born.  

Booking and Cancelling

If you make a booking and cancel it with notice, then this is acceptable I understand that life happens occasionally I must do the same however it is very occasional.   If you make a booking and do not show up or confirm on the day, then all future bookings will require a deposit.  If you make a booking and must cancel on the day then as a one off, I will let this go, unless my gut instinct tells me something different.  I understand that life does happen, but it becomes a habit then all future bookings will have to be secured with a deposit.  This is me taking self-responsibility for my time and making sure my time is not wasted.  I would much rather have fewer reliable clients then a bunch of timewasters.  

I also recognise that some people will not like the process I work to, and I am ok with that, the likely hood of what they won’t like is more a reflection of themselves than myself I get that. These people are not the visitors I want to attract, and I sit quite comfortable in that.  Which brings me back to gratitude for my very loyal and reliable lovely visitors who I adore to spend my time with.  I want to attract quality liaisons with lovely people, I recognise that I get what I put out or reap what I sow.  The more I am organised concise, a great communicator the more I will attract people that value that and good communication is the underpinning quality of a great meeting and surely that’s what we all want..
