I was driving from Bristol to Newcastle which is not a short drive last week when I got just North of Rippon on the A1 I decided to stop because I was falling asleep – It’s not like me but the heat must have got to me so looking for some services and knowing they were a little too far away, I pulled of the A1. Finding a quite road with a dead end I though perfect. I laid the seat back and closed my eyes quickly nodding off. I was peacefully in the land of nod when I was disturbed by a knock on the window waking with a start I opened my eyes to see a policeman at my window.
