I offer a £20 discount for advance bookings, but this is only available for appointments made 24 hours in advance. To qualify, your booking must be made by 10pm the day before and must fall between 10am and 5pm (finish time). Please note, appointments between 4:30pm and 5:30pm do not qualify for this offer.

The booking must be for at least one hour, as half-hour bookings do not qualify for the discount.

In some cases, I may request a deposit. Please see my deposit policy for more information.

Please note, I charge travel time at my normal hourly rate for outcalls. There is no advance booking discount for outcalls, and all outcalls require a deposit, payable bank transfer, card over the phone or amazon gift voucher.

I do not offer the discount for same-day bookings, so please don’t ask.

The purpose of the incentive is to reward you for booking in advance. Asking for the discount on same-day bookings devalues the offer.

The discount is also not applicable if you inquired but didn’t book the day before, or if you claim you tried to reach me but couldn’t. The incentive is meant for genuine visitors who plan ahead.

Deposits/Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled appointment. However, once an appointment has been rescheduled, I do not offer refunds. Cancellations made on the same day as the booking will require full payment.

A £50 admin fee will be applied per booking, and this will be deducted from any refund.

Please note, all refunds are given at my discretion.
