Hi Slaves still keeping safe but still being naughty and nice I am not nice today so that means you will be punished even if you have done nothing wrong. I looked in my mirror today and I was scared of me so I quickly got out my favourite mask.
I had a friend once who used to visit me and I had to hide all the mirrors!! Then when he left I was sure they said put back the mirrors we miss watching you WTF!!
How many times do you look in the mirror each day? Could you imagine not being able to use a mirror because you were afraid of it or seeing your reflection in it? For some people, this is a reality. Spectrophobia is a rare phobia, that causes sufferers to be irrationally fearful of mirrors or seeing themselves in a mirror.
Did you know after 10 minutes watching yoursel in a mirror in a dimly lit room your brain gets bored and distorts the reflection causing imaginary (we think) monsters to appear eek!!
Spectrophobia
Spectrophobia is specifically used to describe a person's fear to look into a mirror and see something other then their own reflection such as a spirit, demon, or something not of the normal human world. Symptoms of this phobia could be trembling, shaking, faster breathing, increasing heartbeat, crying/screaming, sweating, or panic/anxiety attacks whenever looking into a mirror. It is sometimes related to the fear of ghosts or the undead. I do not like loooking in the mirror first thing in the morning I can look very scary!!
This phobia is distinct from eisoptrophobia HOW
Eisoptrophobia
A fear of mirrors, of seeing oneself in a mirror, or of being put into contact with the supernatural world through a mirror.
Ever since watching Poltergeist 3, I have had a bit of Eisoptrophobia
Sufferers of Spectrophobia can fear the breaking of a mirror bringing extreme bad luck.They can fear the thought of something frightening jumping out of the mirror, or seeing something disturbing inside of it next to their own reflection when looking directly at it. Others fear that it is a link to the preternatural world or a gateway into another world, and may fear being pulled into the mirror by some preternatural force. Some also fear their own reflection in the darkness, as it can appear distorted in strange ways or their reflection may frighten them. Candles and torches reflection can be a bit scary.
