The oldest profession in the world

Exchanging or participating in sexual activities for money or other goods IS legal in the UK. LEGAL PROSTITUTES ARE SAFER In Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), prostitution itself (the exchange of sexual services for money) is legal but a number of related activities including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pimping and pandering are crimes.

What is Illegal is two girls working in a flat which can be classed as a brothel.

Under current law it is not illegal for consenting adults to buy and sell sex but soliciting (street walking)for sex is a crime.

There is an argument that sex workers should be allowed to work together in legal brothels. The current review of December 2016 recommends a change in law in regards to legalising brothels.

While brothels are illegal in the UK there is widespread evidence from abroad that they protect sex workers' welfare whereas the current law is believed to encourage prostitutes to work alone which compromises their SAFETY.

NO, prostitution is not immoral and I strongly disagree that prostitution is immoral, to the point I would stand up and argue a case against the use of the word immoral for consenting adults. It is a practice that has occurred throughout human history it is history's oldest profession. Prostitution is only immoral when women are being exploited against their will and I am fully behind full legalisation, which I beleive will stop exploitation.

The word immoral in the eyes of the law is next to impossible to withhold in a court as the legal system is moving further and further away from the use of immoral in reference to sex workers relying on legality so if its legal then its moral.

Morality is a word that is quite subjective, given that everybody has different morals. To say that some one can do good, good must first be defined. An act of moral goodness in one persons eyes may be abhorrent in another’s. To assert that one is a moral person would require that some definition of good be a universal constant and due to the fact that everyone has different morals, we are left with few options.

Given the nature of my work been so widespread from Tantra to BDSM for emotional release and everything in between I really do take it as a sign of ignorance that the word immoral should be used to describe legal consenting sex work.

A widening acceptance of women working in prostitution will reduce the stigma discrimination that many sex workers face and because it means that the public are now viewing this as a reasonable employment choice.

It feels good to see a change in attitudes towards consensual sex work from a legal and moral perspective.

I go out of my way to make sure everything I do is toally legal and all sessions are operated within the reralms of Betty Martins Wheel of Consent something I am a firm believer in. This means play is always safe, consentual, legal, morral, respectful, totally concious (no drugs or alcohol) and above all good fun.

Been part of the International Concious Kink and Concious BDSM community with a strong commitment to training from some of the worlds best trainers (I will list my training in a seperate blog) opening up safe sexuality and practice and allowing you to be who you want to be in a safe held space.
