Hi and Merry Christmas

Hi and Merry Christmas to all my friends companions and acquaintances all ready for Santa and rummaging in his sack.  Have you been naughty or nice most of us have been naughty and nice!! I hope you have lots of tales to tell especially sexy ones.

I always have a good time at Christmas and friends are very generous to me but with out or with a gift I am always pleased to see you . 

When did present giving at Christmas start? 

Gradually during the 19th century the focus for gift-giving switched from early December or New Year to Christmas so that by the 1870s the arrival of Father Christmas with his sack of presents on Christmas Eve was almost universal in England.
